Economic Information Observatory forAtlantic Canada
The Economic Information Observatory for Atlantic Canada is an initiative to generate useful information for economic actors throughout the four Atlantic Provinces: Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Launched by PROVIS in 2013, the Observatory has become an integral component of the regional support ecosystem for economic development, maintaining its focus on information and intelligence strategy and associated priority areas.
It publishes a monthly bulletin titled Intell-Echo jointly with the Economic Observatory of the Chambre d’agriculture, de commerce, d’industrie, de métiers et de l’artisanat (CACIMA) in Saint-Pierre-and-Miquelon, France, to promote regional cooperation between Atlantic Canada, the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-and-Miquelon and France.
